Motivation or willingness to do something is the energy you get to achieve your goal or task. It is a desire to do something good at your work, your personal life, school, college, or any other hobbies. It is a part of our internal process by which we want to changes something in ourselves. When we are motivated, we are in a position to move and take action on it.

You need motivation in your life if you want to achieve something good in your life. Your motivation is the positive energy you get from somewhere or by yourself to do a particular task, without keeping motivation in you; you cannot go through something and attain it.

You have to be very positive, even if you fail or do not achieve the target, keep your hopes because the positive vibes running in you will surely lead you to your objective and make you accomplish it. When you are high on your motivation, nobody can ever make you fall or stop from getting something, your dreams or goals whatever it is, you are surely going to get it.

It is a good form of energy which you should always share with others also, make other people also motivated for their dreams. Sometimes people are much disappointed and lose all hopes if they fail in something and may their failure result in something bad also.

So, you should always share this vibe with others, others also should improve from their mistakes and may your motivation to others, is all that they needed to do something good and you indirectly helped them in attaining it, may a person gets very passionate and motivated for his or her dreams because of them, so, your helping hand should be always kept above your ego.

We all have 2 kinds of people around us, one who always pulls us up and others who always pull us down! People who pull us up we love their company. We always want to be with them because they always want good for us. Whenever we are in a problem they help us out. They take the pain to give us relief.

Many times people who pull us up are the main reason behind our success. ever we are in the problem they take it as their own problem and think through it and find out solutions which we could figure out. They value our relationship and always want our success, our happiness. These people are our strength.

We have others who pull us down. We hate them and we don’t like their company at all. They always say something hurting to us. If we have a problem they increase it. Some people do it unintentionally and some do it intentionally. They are very cunning. They take us down as low as they can and as often as they can. They are hurtful people.

It is just not about other people pulling us up or pulling us down. We ourselves also pull ourselves up and pull ourselves down. People when they think about themselves they say motivating and encouraging things about themselves and other people when they think about themselves they say discouraging things.

Those who say encouraging and motivating things about themselves are pulling themselves up and others who say discouraging and demotivating things to themselves are pulling themselves down.

We must be an encourager an adder to ourselves and to others.

To understand how to motivate yourself – We must encourage ourselves and others by figuring out positive things about them and us:

We should tell others about their capabilities and qualities. We must also tell ourselves that we have a lot of good qualities. Let say you are meeting someone and he has very good communication skills then we must say that wow you have very good communication skills. This is a positive statement that you have told him and this will definitely encourage him.

So always be verbal about the positive qualities of others and ours. Speak it out for others and repeat it again and again to ourselves. We must make it a habit and must do it daily to our close ones and to ourselves.

We must know the difference between helping others and hurting others. One simple thing is we must meet others with a smile. Whenever someone does a mistake doesn’t criticize him, try to use kind words that motivate him to not repeat the same mistakes again in the future. The gesture we use, the words we use have an impact on others so we must use it wisely. Do something to help others.

For example, your parents are ill then help them to come out of illness, Or your wife needs some help in the kitchen then do help her, or your kids need help in studies then you must help your kids. We must always do something to help others. In-office also we must be ready to help our colleagues.

Same we must do with ourselves. We must not criticize ourselves if we do any mistakes. Figure out what went wrong and try to resolve it. Help yourself don’t hurt yourself.

To understand how to motivate yourself – We must initiate something soothing, something positive, or something helpful in the negative environment:

For example, your kids could not get good marks in the exam. We must say something positive to our kids to take them out of the sadness. We know that one exam paper result is not going to define his life but the attitude of facing failure bravely will make him a great individual.

Let say your spouse didn’t get the promotion or increment which he/she was looking for, now the other person must say something positive, something encouraging so that they can come out of sadness and can work hard again for the next year.

Have the feeling in yourself that come what may, I am not to leave my path and I will stay motivated without distractions of people who will always try to degrade me for my decisions. You should always distance yourself from the people you feel, that they are negative for your life and their presence is going to affect your performance one day because you will be surrounded by thousands of negative elements around you but you have to smartly pick the most positive element amongst all.

We all are capable enough to be a person who can encourage others. We don’t need to be rich for that. We don’t need to be geniuses for that. We just have to do the things mentioned above. Don’t let another day go by without motivating other people.

Whenever we repeat to ourselves the good qualities which we have we become very confident. We will be ready to take up all the challenges of life. With others also whenever we say good things about them they feel more confident. Whenever they will feel low they will come to you because you help them to come out of sadness. They will love your company because you make them feel good. You make them feel that they are capable enough to do great things in life. You will become the person with whom everyone would want to spend their time.
