    How to not feel disappointed? You held high expectations and targeted some goals but unfortunately, things did not entirely go your way and then you wallow in the sea of disappointment.  This feeling is no stranger. A vast majority of people feel let down on not successful accomplishment of goals. Often it becomes difficult to deal with unfulfilled expectations. Falling down the rabbit hole of sadness tends to decrease one’s confidence and leads to struggle with the painful question of “ Why can’t I be perfect?
