World’s richest man Jeff Bezos – Success Mantra
When the world’s richest man speaks, we should listen. In a recent business conference, he gave advice on being successful.
World’s richest man Jeff Bezos say – Passion:
Real Passion is the key ingredient in being successful. Bezos says that “You have to be a missionary and not mercenary” which means that the one with passion like a mission will be successful in life. Passion is the single most significant quality to succeed. You cannot succeed in something which you are not passionate about. Have you ever heard of a successful person without passion in his field of operation, not rare but never?
Risks taking ability:
Bezos said, “If you have a business idea with no risk, it’s probably already being done. You’ve got to have something that might not work. It will be, in many ways, an experiment. We take risks all the time, we talk about failure.”
What he means by this is if we are not taking enough risks in life then we are leading a risk-averse life (average or below average) which may not be worth living. Life should be full of challenges and trying to solve the problem of society at large.
Failing is temporary:
Bezos said we need to swing hard and fail a lot of times before we succeed. What it implicates is that we need to keep on trying till the time we succeed. Have you seen a baby how many times does it tries to walk? Does it ever give up till the time it starts to walk? So, when you were small you didn’t give up (that’s why you can walk today) then how come we give up so easily when we grow up. We should learn from our childhood that we are born to fall but we have also learned to sit up, brush ourself and start trying again
Being right
We have heard the phrase “There is nothing right or wrong in this world” however the right we are referring to here is regarding the decisions we take in our life which leads our life to success or failure. According to Bezos, the right people don’t overanalyze things and change their minds quite frequently. What this means is to question your fundamental biases and change the way you think; this will present a new way of yourself. Constantly challenge your beliefs and question their existence, you will be able to see things a lot clearer and bolder.
